Here's a  building  in lerwick   formerly LESS ,   acquired by   SIC  the local authority   using 

 what their legal   dept   consider to be superior  title, there's a dirty  dump  behind it  which  could be a   piazza  for the 

prestige   museum,  if   the  council hadn't   put great concrete blocks   to  prevent   car parking   until it  got some   cash. for the street  front   site, next to mittel europa apartments 

Though it remained  empty  for  years   after that   it has   a  useful   function   now as a youth  employment  promoter

it  si still   an ugly    economic   building  probably   from  the  1960s   before oil money,  However   it has a good steel 

frame   which would be   a  waste   to   demolish  It  coukld do  with a facelift   and  eco  raincoat  update
